My Five-Star Experience with MASTER Group! I had a fantastic experience with my recent air conditioner service with Master Group - Heating, Cooling and Plumbing. From the moment I called, starting with Iman when she answered the phone, the team was professional, prompt and courteous. The technician, Malik, arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything clearly. Parts were needed, were approved by me and ordered and we scheduled another appointment for the following week for the replacement and installation of the parts. Adam and Malik and Mohammed arrived at the scheduled time and did the service. (At each visit, the guys were all very respectful of my home and, before entering my house, put booties on over their shoes. This may sound insignificant to some people but, to me, it was important and I did not even need to ask them to do it!) Adam advised me of another issue that he identified when working in my attic. My attic fan had seized and was not working and he recommended it be repaired and/or replaced. He returned the following week and evaluated the situation further and recommended I get a replacement motor because he felt that should resolve the problem and would be the most cost-effective way to resolve the issue. We are proceeding with this repair now. What impressed me most was how efficiently the problem was resolved—no upselling, no unnecessary repairs, just honest, high-quality service. The pricing was reasonable, especially considering the level of professionalism and expertise. I was so pleased with the experience that I signed up for their annual service agreement on the spot. It gives me peace of mind knowing my heating and air conditioning systems will be maintained regularly by people I trust. I highly recommend MASTER GROUP - Heating, Cooling and Plumbing to anyone looking for reliable and affordable HVAC service!
